• 1 tsp honey (optional)
• Pinch of salt
• Fresh cracked black pepper

Blend lightly until smooth. Adjust sweetness or acidity to your taste.

How to Make the Watermelon & Feta Salad

Ingredients:

• 2 cups cubed watermelon
• ½ English cucumber, sliced
• ½ cup sliced strawberries
• 1 kiwi, sliced
• ½ peach, sliced
• ¼ cup feta cheese
• Fresh mint for garnish

Directions:
